How the count works
Each roll you send counts once. Your first three test rolls, sent to your own address, don't.
On a yearly plan the rolls are for the whole year, so a busy summer is fine. If they run out, new sends pause until you move up, and everything already sent stays live.

After your free days, if Filmara hasn't earned its keep within 30 days of your first payment, email hello@filmara.app and we'll refund what you've paid. Prices are in US dollars, and checkout shows any tax before you pay.

How much does Filmara cost for a lab?
It depends on how many rolls you send. Studio is $49 a month for up to 250 rolls, Lab Pro is $129 a month for up to 1,250 rolls and Lab Scale is $349 a month for any number of rolls. Pay yearly and you get two months free. Every plan starts with 30 days free.
Can we try it before we pay?
Yes. Every plan starts with 30 days free, and we'll help you set up, one to one. Before that, you can send three test rolls to your own address with no card at all.
What happens when the 30 days end?
Your card is charged for the plan you picked, and it carries on. Cancel from Billing before then and you pay nothing: what you sent stays up for 30 days, with a warning to you and your customers before it's deleted. Your free days cover a month of rolls, up to 1,250, and 250 GB of scans.
What if we send more rolls than our plan covers?
New sends pause until you move up a plan, and everything you've already sent stays live. On a yearly plan the rolls are for the whole year, so a busy summer is fine.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If Filmara hasn't earned its keep within 30 days of your first payment, email hello@filmara.app and we'll refund what you've paid.
How do we cancel?
From Billing in your portal, any time. Everything you've already sent stays live for your customers.

What currency is it in, and is tax included?
Prices are in US dollars. If tax applies where you are, checkout shows it before you pay. Cards are handled by Stripe, and Filmara never sees them.
