What is collected
For a lab: your email and your lab name. For a photographer: your email. For everyone: the rolls and scans a lab uploads, plus the messages, comments, and frame markup left on them. Nothing else.
Where it is stored
All data is stored in the European Union, in Frankfurt. It does not move between regions.
GDPR
Filmara is GDPR-compliant. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request. Email hello@filmara.app.
What never happens
Your photos and your customer records are never sold. They are never shared with anyone else for marketing. They are never used to train AI. Filmara does not market to a lab's customers.
Getting your data back
Export everything at any time, in one click. Original files come out the way they went in. You do not have to ask first.
Deleting your data
Ask for deletion any time at hello@filmara.app. Everything is removed within 30 days.
If Filmara ever shuts down
You get 90 days notice and a full export window. No file is ever held hostage. This is a commitment, written here on purpose.
